How to Unsubscribe from Promotional Emails?
Our customers will receive 1 of 2 promotional emails or both. To update your email preferences, please scroll down to the bottom of the undesired email(s).
To remove yourself from Follow up and or Cart offers, scroll to the bottom of the email labelled "Edit your subscription settings >" and click on "Subscription Settings".
The link will take you to modify your email subscriptions. Changes are effective immediately.
To remove yourself from Special Sale emails, scroll to the bottom of the email labelled "If you do not wish to receive any further email from us, please unsubscribe" and click on "unsubscribe".

By clinking on the unsubscribe link, you are immediately removed from receiving any future Special Sale email. You will receive 1 follow up email to confirm your selection.
To ensure that you receive online receipts from us, make sure to add Info@beyondskin.com to your contact list.
Can I use a Discount Code or Apply a Promotion to my Recurring Subscription(s)?
No Discounts or Promotions are allowed on Recurring Subscription(s).
How do I become eligible for the "Trial, Glow & Save" Discount Program?
You must create an account and have made at least one (1) order before gaining access to discount program.
Can I return Tools and or Devices?
Due to hygiene and safety standards, all tools and devices are final sale once opened or used. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue store credit for any items that have been opened, used, or show signs of damage.
Items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging may be eligible for store credit or an exchange, provided they are returned in undamaged condition.
If a tool or device arrives faulty or does not function as intended, please contact our customer support team within a reasonable timeframe of delivery. We will gladly assess the issue and offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit where applicable.
