How to Use

Morning Routine

  1. Cleanse- Isdin Essential Purifier Foam Cleanser
  2. Treat: iS Clinical Pro-Heal Serum- Apply 3-4 drops to the palm of hand. Dab and smooth evenly over face and neck
  3. Hydrate: Obagi Hydrate Facial Moisturizer-Apply evenly over face and neck daily, morning and evening.
  4. Protect: EltaMD UV Clear SPF 46 Apply liberally to face and neck as the last step of your skincare bundle at least 15 minutes before sun exposure.


Start your day by cleansing your face with the Isdin Essential Purifier to remove excess oil, sweat, and overnight buildup. Gently massage it onto damp skin and rinse with lukewarm water. Once your skin is dry, apply 3–5 drops of the iS Clinical Pro-Heal Serum Advance+ and gently press it into your skin, allowing it to fully absorb. Follow with a small amount of Obagi Hydrate Moisturizer to lock in hydration. Finish your routine with EltaMD UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46, applying a generous layer to protect your skin from sun damage and support blemish-prone areas throughout the day.

Evening Routine:

  2. Treat: Obagi Clenziderm MD Therapeutic Lotion BPO 5%-On clenased skin apply product in fingertips and gently massage into skin avoiding the eyes, nose and mouth. Allowing product to completely absorb.
  3. Antioxidant Protection: On nights when not using Obagi Clenziderm Therapeutic Lotion apply iS Clinical Pro-Heal Serum- Apply 3-4 drops to the palm of hand. Dab and smooth evenly over face and neck
  4. Hydrate: Obagi Hydrate Facial Moisturizer-Apply evenly over face and neck daily, morning and evening.


In the evening, begin by thoroughly cleansing your skin with the Isdin Essential Purifier to wash away dirt, oil, and impurities from the day. Pat your face dry, then apply a thin layer of Obagi CLENZIderm MD Therapeutic Lotion to clean, dry skin, focusing on acne-prone areas while avoiding the eyes and lips. Allow it to absorb for a minute before following up with the Obagi Hydrate Moisturizer to soothe and hydrate the skin. On nights you’re not using the BPO treatment, replace it with the iS Clinical Pro-Heal Serum Advance+, then follow with your moisturizer as usual. This rotation helps maintain skin clarity while minimizing irritation.
