I have not received

My experience is always great HOWEVER I have still NOT received This! I’ve called emailed - tracking says “waiting for product” web sight says fulfilled .. pls send this to me. I ordered 2 times after already received those! This I am wanted the most! Love this store pls send my product xo

I'm still waiting for my product. It was supposedly shipped on May 11 and 2 weeks later still no shipment. I called and was told the problem was with the Post Office. They are not processing First Class packages in Los Angeles.

Product is great but Customer Service stinks

The product seems great so far though I’ve only had it 3 days It took over 2 weeks to arrive and I tried contacting customer service twice and no response I’ll never buy from this company again but will purchase the actual product elsewhere
