After the estimated shipping time of seven days went by I called to check on my order and there was no information they could give me… They couldn't tell me if it was on backorder or discontinued or anything regarding its status nothing was communicated to me... I probably would have gone another week without receiving my product or any word about it if I hadn't initiated the called y. Very bad customer service, I will never use you again
